The Alternative Justice Systems Taskforce invites you to the official launch of the AJS Policy on Katiba Day.
The Policy, among other things, recognizes as Alternative Justice Systems as a legitimate system of resolving disputes as provided for in the Constitution of Kenya.
The Launch will begin with a Q & A session between 10am and 11am , thereafter the Official Launch by the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya. The session will conclude with a Legal Hack on exploring the potential of new technologies for Alternative Justice Systems. What would AJS Mean for you as a citizen? Lawyer? Media?
